The guesthouse is situated in the top part of the Ciutat Vella area; a vibrant, authentic neighborhood in the very center of the city full of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Museum of Contemporary Art is located on the same street, world-famous Las Ramblas is only a 5-minute walk while the majority of other tourist attractions and nightspots are a maximum of 10 minutes away, from the Port Vell area to the gay Eixample neighborhood.

The apartment has three bedrooms, of which two are doubles, a large and modern bathroom, a living room/dining area, and a separate, equipped kitchen. Situated on the third floor, the apartment is full of light and accessible by elevator. One double bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning while fans are provided in the other two bedrooms. All furnishings are new and of a warm and modern style from Ikea.

The average guests are in their mid-twenties to early forties who want a central yet quality place to stay at a comparatively lower price than a hotel. To this end, the guesthouse offers bedrooms for rent while sharing common spaces: bathroom, living room and kitchen. Guests are expected to respect each other’s privacy and comfort while still having the opportunity to meet other independent-minded travellers.

Full maid service is carried out twice a week with shorter daily visits to maintain the guesthouse in good condition. There are even several beach towels at the guests’ disposal. The kitchen is ideal for anything from a quick breakfast to a complete dinner.

The airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away. The most economical and direct way is the Aerobus (airport bus) that can drop you at the Plaza Universidad, only a 2-minute walk from the guesthouse.
